Place an order
We accept orders via phone, fax , e-mail, and this web site. After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement of your order.

Place your first order on the web site
You can become a registered user to begin ordering from www.westernstateshardware.com

Our business and will call hours
We take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via www.westernstateshardware.com. Will Call pickup is available during regular hours 8:00 to 4:30 pm

Ordering without a catalog part number
If you can’t find exactly what you need in the catalog or our website we can help. Give us a call, or fax or e-mail us a description of the product, a drawing, or the manufacturer’s part number.

Order delivery times
Most orders are delivered the same or next business day at standard ground rates. More than 98% of the products ordered are shipped from inventory. We use many different carriers in order to provide you with fast deliveries, but if you need a special delivery or would like to pick up your order at our Will Call counters, please let us know. If you prefer a certain carrier, just make your selection when placing your order and type the carrier you wish to use.

Shipping orders outside the United States
We can ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We evaluate international orders from all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.

Small orders
At www.westernstateshardware.com, we do not have order minimums.

Sales tax
We charge sales tax in California. If you are located in California have a resale card or certificate, e-mail, fax, or mail us a signed copy. If your tax status varies, you can let us know when you place your order using the Special Instructions field at the bottom of the Current Order page.

Returns and exchanges
To return or exchange a product, send it to Western States Hardware. You will be given credit upon receipt of the material. When exchanging a product, return the product and place a new order. A Return Authorization Number is not required.

Product information not shown in the catalog
Call, fax, or e-mail us to let us know what kind of information you need. We have Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) available on request for all products classified as hazardous by OSHA. Additional MSDSs, along with 3-D models and technical drawings, are available for some products on our web site.

Limited Warranty & Return Policy

All products sold are warranted by Western States Hardware only to customers for:

  • Resale; or
  • Use in business, government or original equipment manufacture

Western States Hardware warranties products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90days after the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Provided that Western States Hardware accepts the product for return during the limited warranty period, Western States Hardware may, at its option:

  • Repair
  • Replace; or
  • Refund the amount paid by the customer

Please return the product to Western States Hardware, shipping costs prepaid. Western States Hardware repair, replacement, or refund of amounts paid by customer for the product, shall be customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

Western States Hardware Product Return Policy
Returns for Western States Hardware products must be made within 30 Days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Western States Hardware will either replace the product or issue a credit for the purchase price.For product returns, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling:

  • Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip. Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or credit to your Western States Hardware account.
  • If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
  • There is no need to call us for authorization.
  • If you are shipping the product, carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip. Ship the package directly to Western States Hardware. Please prepay shipping – Western States Hardware does not accept C.O.D.s.
  • Custom orders are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.
